(OTCQB: AEMD, AEMDD), a pioneer in developing targeted therapeutic devices to address infectious diseases and cancer, announced today that on Friday, May 1, 2015, it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") a request to withdraw its Registration Statement on Form S-1, File No. 333-203487, initially filed with the SEC on April 17, 2015.  The Company requested to withdraw its Registration Statement due to market conditions and for broader strategic reasons.
